IMPORTANT — PRINT ON DEMAND
Every Mr. Lined product is made specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference. Please use the size guide before ordering.
WHAT WE'LL ALWAYS FIX
✓ Item arrives damaged or defective
✓ Item has a print error or manufacturing fault
✓ Wrong item was sent to you
✓ Package confirmed lost by the carrier
In any of these cases, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the item.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Email support@mrlined.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
- A brief description
We'll get back to you within 2 business days and sort it out.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? Email mrlined007@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production starts we can no longer cancel — and with print-on-demand, that happens fast.
